Duties

- Travel to customer locations to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.
- Diagnose technical issues accurately and efficiently, providing effective solutions on-site.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
- Document all service activities thoroughly, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
- Communicate clearly with customers about service procedures, issues identified, and recommended solutions.




- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and clients.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in field service or technical repair roles, preferably in electronics, machinery, or related fields.
- Robust troubleshooting skills with the ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and system diagrams.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues clearly to non-technical customers.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment safely and work in various environments including confined spaces or outdoor settings.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel frequently between sites.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, or relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electronics) is a plus.
