Join AeroVect as a Finance Operations Specialist responsible for financial management and reporting. Ensure seamless accounts payable and receivable while tracking budgets across U.S. and Canadian operations. As the first dedicated finance hire, you'll engage directly with founders to handle daily finance tasks.

Your role includes managing AP/AR, preparing board materials, and maintaining budget accountability. You will be instrumental in introducing automation through AI tools, optimizing finance workflows and enhancing accuracy in reporting. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full accounts payable cycle from vendor onboarding to reconciliations
- Track and issue customer invoices under commercial contracts
- Maintain monthly budget vs. actual tracking to ensure accountability




- Prepare financial slides for board meetings and investor updates
- Automate reconciliation and reporting processes using AI Requirements:
- 3–4 years in a finance or accounting role
- Mastery of Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
- High level of detail orientation and communication skills
- Familiarity with financial systems like QuickBooks Online (preferred)
