$90,000 - $110,000This individual will report to the Director, Technical Accounting, ExternalReporting and Consolidations.

The Experienced Financial

Analyst will play acritical role in all aspects of the consolidation and external report process.This role is pivotal to ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of ourquarterly external reporting, Form 10Q/K for filing with the SEC under US GAAPas well as other regulatory filings as needed such as registration statementsfor GPGI, Inc. (NYSE: GPGI) non-controlling interest owner as well as supportResolute Holdings (NYSE: RHLD) through GPGI Holdings, Husky's parent.This role provides exposure to GPGI Inc.'s senior and executive levels ofmanagement throughout the organizational structure, which allows for a globalscope, significant complexity (number of entities, structures and currencies)and the opportunity to work with multiple finance teams such as accounting, tax,treasury and business support.Responsibilities

Consolidate analysis to support monthly/quarterly/yearly variance explanationsAnalyze intercompany transactions and prepare intercompany elimination entriesProvide support in the preparation of the 10Q and 10K including preparationof note disclosures, press releases, reporting packages and other publiclyavailable deliverablesParticipate in the quarterly review and year end external auditAssist with technical accounting research and at times, preparing accountingmemosEnsuring that the level of depth and documentation of work performed adheresto SOX requirementsAdhoc duties and other projects as requiredQualifications

University education in Business, Accounting or equivalentCPA designation or pursuing a CPA designationFour (4) to five (5)



years' experience in accounting/finance disciplinesWell-versed with office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)Workiva, Microsoft AX Dynamics (ERP) and OneStream (consolidation system) experience is an assetExperience working in a SOX internal controls, multinational public company and/or a manufacturing environment are assetsKnowledge, Skills And Abilities

Good understanding of US GAAP as it relates to complex accounting areas such as consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, revenue, stock-based compensation, debt, impairment (goodwill, tangible and intangibles) and internal controlsStrong consolidation experienceExperience in preparing documents for publicly traded companiesTechnical accounting memo writing skills and research skills including new accounting standards updatesAbility to successfully meet deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment i.e. ability to multi-taskEnsure that communication is presented clearly, concisely, and timelyA proactive individual who is highly motivated, energetic and driven by continuous process improvementsHusky TechnologiesTM offers a competitive compensation and benefits package andexcellent opportunities for growth and advancement.
