Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be integral in providing insightful P&L; reporting and collaborating across departments for financial planning. You will leverage advanced tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L; reports
- Craft executive-level reporting and variance analyses
- Partner with business teams for performance evaluation
- Facilitate month-end process and financial reconciliations
- Identify improvement opportunities in reporting methods Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Business, or similar
- 1+ years in financial analysis or FP&A;
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- Familiarity with P&C; insurance preferred
