RAM Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to support the delivery of major public infrastructure projects across British Columbia.Operating on the owner’s side, this role will provide program-level oversight across a portfolio of infrastructure initiatives while ensuring strong coordination between Project Managers, engineering teams, contractors, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will help guide the delivery of complex capital projects, maintain robust governance and reporting structures, and support the successful execution of projects that are critical to long‑term community and operational needs.This role is well suited for a senior infrastructure professional with experience delivering large‑scale public infrastructure or municipal projects, particularly those involving civil construction, utility infrastructure, transportation, or other complex capital works programs.Working closely with client representatives, RAM leadership, and multidisciplinary project teams, this position will involve overseeing program performance, supporting Project Managers responsible for project delivery, and ensuring alignment between budgets, schedules, risks, and overall program objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight across a portfolio of infrastructure and capital projectsEnsure alignment between project delivery, program objectives, and capital planning prioritiesGuide and support Project Managers responsible for project executionMonitor project performance, schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting across the programWork closely with clients, RAM leadership, engineering teams, contractors, and operational stakeholdersMaintain strong communication and alignment across internal and external project partnersSupport governance, financial oversight, and program controls processesEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with engineering standards,
regulatory requirements, and client expectationsContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and overall program delivery strategyWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of experience delivering large‑scale public infrastructure or capital projectsBackground in civil, municipal, utility, transportation, or infrastructure construction environmentsExperience supporting complex infrastructure programs involving multiple stakeholders and project teamsDemonstrated ability to guide and support Project Managers within large delivery environmentsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with municipal, utility, government, or owner‑side clients is considered an assetPMP designation, engineering background, or related technical experience is considered an assetThe estimated pay range for this position is$115,000 to $135,000as of the posting date.
