JOB SUMMARYWe are seeking a professional, friendly, and service-driven Server to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. The Server will handle guest interactions, order-taking, food and beverage service, and support hosting, food-running, and kitchen assistance during peak times.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements and waitlists, present menus, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.Verify valid identification for guests appearing underage before serving alcoholic beverages.Accurately take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver items promptly and professionally.Explicit, clean, and reset tables in a timely manner; maintain cleanliness throughout all dining and service areas.Assist with food running from the kitchen, confirm order accuracy,



and support fellow team members during peak hours.Collaborate with kitchen staff when needed during busy service periods, helping with light tasks to maintain service flow.Process guest payments with accuracy and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.QualificationsPrevious restaurant or customer service experience is required.Bartending knowledge and experience is an asset.Smart Serve certification is mandatory.First Aid/CPR certification is required.Valid Food Handler Certificate is considered an asset.Professional reference is required.Police clearance is required.Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.Professional and calm demeanor in high-pressure environments.Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs.Job Type: Full-timePay: $17.60-$21.00 per hourBenefitsDiscounted or free foodOn-site parkingWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
