We’re seeking a leader who can drive performance, grow shop volume, and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.What you’ll be doing:Lead all aspects of the service department including technicians, advisors, and workflowDrive shop productivity, efficiency, and profitabilityBuild and execute plans to grow service revenue and RO countManage scheduling, work distribution, and turnaround timesEnsure a high standard of customer satisfaction and communicationMonitor and improve key KPIs including labour gross, effective labour rate, and technician efficiencyCollaborate with Sales, Parts, and Leadership to maximize total dealership performanceMaintain strong organization across work orders, warranty, and internal processesRecruit, develop, and coach a high‑performing teamWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in a Service Manager or senior service leadership roleStrong organizational and operational disciplineA mindset focused on growth, accountability, and resultsAbility to manage both people and financial performanceExperience in powersports, automotive,
