Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our finance team and oversee all accounting operations. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, manage budgeting processes, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise will drive strategic financial planning, optimize accounting procedures, and support the organization’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and present timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of financial data across various accounts.
- Conduct detailed account analysis to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement and maintain accounting software systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms to streamline operations.
- Lead budgeting efforts by developing forecasts, monitoring variances, and providing insights for strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through rigorous audit preparations and documentation.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and best practices.
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial forecasting techniques.
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with clear communication abilities to convey financial insights confidently.
