Synergy Windows and Doors Inc. is a quick-paced growing company making custom architectural windows and doors. We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our carpentry team!

Reports to: Area Supervisor

Job Requirements:
- Manufacture custom windows and doors
- Accurately read and follow production paperwork including drawings
- Frame assembly and sub assembly of wood and aluminum windows and doors
- Sash building & hanging along with assembly on windows
- Frame assembly including curves in both wood and aluminum products
- Sanding products and pre-finishing of products
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a finish carpenter, trim carpenter, or cabinet maker is required
- Must be able to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to solve problems and look for creative solutions
