Role Overview

We are looking for a senior

Flight Sciences leader to lead the Flight Sciences Integrated Product Team (IPT) and drive technical delivery across

Aerodynamics, Aero-Loads, and Flight Dynamics for new aircraft development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the

Flight Sciences IPT and ensure alignment with overall aircraft development objectives.

- Own technical delivery, schedule, cost, quality, and program milestones across Flight Sciences.

- Lead

Aerodynamics, Aero-Loads, and Flight Dynamics activities.

- Coordinate with Structures, Flight Controls, Propulsion, Avionics, and other aircraft engineering teams.

- Lead aerodynamic design and optimization of wings, fuselage, empennage, nacelles, and aircraft components

.

- Oversee

CFD simulations, wind tunnel data correlation, drag reduction, and aerodynamic performance improvement

.

- Lead aircraft performance analysis including range, climb, cruise, take-off, and landing performance

.

- Define and analyze gust loads, maneuver loads, ground-air loads, certification load cases, and loads envelopes

.

- Lead flight dynamics modeling, stability & control analysis, and handling qualities evaluation

.

- Collaborate with Flight Controls teams on control law development and aircraft response tuning

.

- Support wind tunnel,



ground testing, model validation, and flight test campaigns.

- Validate CFD and simulation models against physical and flight test data.

- Support

FAA, EASA, and DGCA certification activities and applicable

CS/FAR 23/25/27

requirements.

- Develop and review certification deliverables, including loads, stability & control, flight test, and analysis reports

.

- Participate in

PDR, CDR, certification reviews, and audits

.

- Identify and mitigate aerodynamic, loads, stability, handling-quality, and aircraft-performance risks.

- Support proposals, RFQs, effort estimation, technical solutioning, and program planning.

- Lead distributed onsite/offshore engineering teams

.

Required Qualifications – Must Have

- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electronics & Communication, Avionics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.

- 12–18+ years of aerospace experience
