Mr. Pretzels is looking for an energetic, hard-working Store Manager to run our kiosk at CF Fairview Mall. This is a hands-on role — you'll be rolling pretzels, serving guests, and working the line alongside a small team, while also owning the schedule, ordering, and daily numbers. Training provided on site.

This is a full-time role requiring weekend availability — Saturdays and Sundays are our busiest days.

What you'll do

- Open and close the kiosk; run the floor during your shifts
- Roll, bake, and serve product to Mr. Pretzels standards
- Schedule a small team and keep labour on target
- Place orders, track inventory, and manage waste
- Handle cash, daily deposits, and end-of-day reporting
- Keep the kiosk clean and up to food safety standards
- Train and coach team members
- Follow mall hours and operating rules
- Report daily sales and labour to the District Manager

What we're looking for

- Must be available weekends.



Mall hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable leading a small team while working hands-on
- QSR, food court, or retail supervisory experience an asset
- Food Handler Certification an asset (or willing to obtain)
- Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 25 lbs
