Summary The primary purpose of this position is to minimize the operating costs of all F&B; outlets including banquet/event offerings while maximizing revenue potential. This will be achieved by providing consistent food and beverage product quality and maintaining superior customer service levels while controlling cost of sales, labour and supply expenses. The F&B; Supervisor is able to perform all duties for all positions to an exceptional level, in order to properly train recent employees of such standards.

Being the leader of these operations requires a strong team player, problem solving skills, integrity, effective communication skills, human resource & time management driven passion in all aspects of the position.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage & oversee all outlets to ensure positive guest experience in conjunction with top quality food & beverage products and presentation standards.

Recruit, hire & provide development for employees celebration of performance & initiate corrective action when required.





Responsible for purchasing and maintaining adequate inventory levels of beverages and front of house supplies while controlling costs through purchase/pricing specifications & monthly inventory of all liquor/beer/wine & provide general manager with month end reporting as specified.

Extensive knowledge of POS system for configuring/altering/entering menus.

Ensure all employees have the necessary tools and equipment along with proper professional attire/uniform at all times.

Qualifications

Ability to work all hours of operation (days, evenings, weekends, & holidays)

Background in serving/bartending and exceptional guest service.

Positive, upbeat, organized, accurate, & reliable.

Strong computer skills.

This full time salaried position includes an extensive benefit package, remuneration of $45,000 + to include catering/meeting event gratuity sharing.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
