Rhodes Resto + Bar Kingston is looking for an organized, reliable, and energetic Food Expo to join our team. The ideal candidate will help coordinate orders between the kitchen and service teams, ensure food is accurate and properly presented, and help maintain smooth and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Duties

- Organize and coordinate completed food orders
- Check orders for accuracy, modifications, presentation, and table numbers
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, servers, and managers
- Ensure all dishes for a table are ready and served together whenever possible
- Monitor ticket times and communicate delays or missing items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station
- Restock sauces, utensils, takeout supplies, and other service items
- Assist with running food to guests when required
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and assigned side duties




- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

Requirements

- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently during busy shifts
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
