Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
- Prepare and serve food items according to safety and sanitation standards, including basic food handling and preparation tasks
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments using cash handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen spaces by following sanitation guidelines




- Assist in food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Manage time effectively during busy hours to serve multiple tables while maintaining high-quality service standards

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Experience with serving in fast-paced environments requiring excellent time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
