Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and perform cashiering duties with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and change accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely food preparation, serving, and order fulfillment during busy periods
- Assist with food storage,



inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation and food service environments, including restaurant or fast-food settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Strong cash handling skills combined with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Kitchen experience or restaurant background preferred to understand workflow and hygiene standards
- Upselling techniques to promote menu items and increase sales opportunities
