and system configurationAssist clients in gathering relevant current system data and supporting data migration into recent platformsParticipate in Human Resource Management and Payroll program reviews and support recommendations for program improvementsConfigure supported payroll solutions (or comparable systems) to meet client business and operational needs under guidanceProvide day-to-day client support and consultation regarding solution usage and best practicesAssist with project‑related financials including tracking budgets, WIP, and billing activitiesSupport execution of client engagements, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating project tasksParticipate in needs assessments and assist in data collection, research, and analysis through various methods (e.G., interviews, surveys, document review)Collaborate with internal engagement teams to understand project scope, risks, roles, and timelinesDevelop an understanding of client business operations and identify opportunities to support their needsMaintain quality control by ensuring accuracy and completeness of assigned workMonitor assigned tasks against project timelines and communicate status updates to the teamBuild knowledge of MNP’s services, industries, and systems through hands‑on client experienceSupport business development activities by contributing to presentations, research,
