Home Health Care Worker

Full time / 30 to 40 hours per week)

COHEN FAMILY

Location: North York, ON M2M 3N9

Salary: $21.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time

Starts: As soon as possible

On Site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work Setting

Employer's/client's home

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.

Tasks

- Care for an elderly woman/man with disability
- Administer bedside and personal care to the elderly person.
- Assist the elderly person with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
- Assist the elderly person with regular exercise, such as walking.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.




- Provide companionship to the elderly person.
- Provide personal care to the elderly person.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals.

Job Requirements

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
