This position plays a critical role in strengthening security posture through scalable, automated, and auditable processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSecurity Agent Process EngineeringDesign, document, and implement processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of endpoint security agent deploymentsEstablish monitoring and validation mechanisms to verify agent health, connectivity, and compliancePerform gap analysis to identify and remediate coverage issues across servers and endpointsEndpoint Security ManagementAdminister and optimize the CrowdStrike Falcon platform for endpoint detection and responseManage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integration and policy enforcementOversee Qualys agent deployment and vulnerability management operationsOperational ExcellenceDevelop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python) for deployment, monitoring, and reportingProvide Tier-3 support for endpoint security agent issues and escalationsMaintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and configurationsRequired Qualifications6–8 years of experience in cybersecurity,
