ensuring timely and coordinated access to loading areas - Site Inspections - Site reviews of work in progress; ensure work is carried out in an organized and efficient manner - Site Instructions - Reviews site instructions with Superintendent and the impact to work in progress, ensuring work is completed in compliance with the site instruction Qualifications - 4+ years proven experience in the residential construction industry.

- In-depth knowledge of construction standards, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple trades.
