Cargo County Group is hiring a Forklift Operator for our Bolton warehouse. Most of the work involves cross-docking and consolidating LTL freight for outbound shipments.
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trailers
- Cross-dock incoming freight for outbound routes
- Consolidate LTL shipments accurately and efficiently
- Sort and stage freight by destination
- Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
Requirements
- Valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain one)
- Previous forklift/warehouse experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
