The Role
We're looking for a positive, organized, and motivated individual to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a fast-paced position in a busy logistics environment where your communication skills and customer service will make a real difference every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct high-volume incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Accept and retrieve parcels
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and callers
- Manifest inbound and outbound freight shipments
- Process shipping and receiving documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the operations team
- Handle office duties as needed to support daily operations

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Previous customer service or reception experience is an asset
