The Role

You're the first face members see and the last one they talk to on the way out. We're looking for someone friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented to run the front desk and keep the club running smoothly day to day. No fitness industry experience required — just a great attitude and a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

- Greet and check in members, guests, and prospects
- Answer phone calls and respond to membership inquiries, give facility tours to prospective members
- Follow up on leads through outbound follow-up (calls, texts, emails) with prospects and members
- Generate referrals from existing members; help build local B2B community partnerships
- Comfortable on camera,



shoot/edit reels and bring creative ideas for promotions and social content
- Process new sign-ups, payments, and basic account/billing questions
- Facility upkeep, cleanliness, restock retail/amenity items as needed
- Support opening/closing procedures

What We're Looking For

- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to new people — and on camera
- Reliable and punctual — this is a member-facing role, first impressions matter
- Comfortable with basic computer/POS use (training provided)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and more occasionally (restocking, light cleaning)
- Weekend and early morning/evening availability
