Summary
We’re on the hunt for an experienced manager with strong cocktail knowledge to help lead the charge at Project Gigglewater. Responsibilities
- Manage daily bar operations, including staff supervision.
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Develop creative cocktail menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service integration.
Requirements
- Very strong knowledge of classic cocktails
- High volume experience
- Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and staff.
