*Must be flexible with shifts (weekends, weekdays and evenings) *During Christmas and other holidays /seasons there will be more hours available as we are very busy.
*Starting wage is between $16.00 and $18.00 and hour depending on experience
Duties would include but not limited to:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcoming experience, seating guests, keeping track of their session times, answering the phone, booking reservations
- working with pottery stocking shelves and unloading kilns and sanding pottery
- Introduce our pottery painting, wine glass painting, candle making and mosaics.
- Guide customers through projects using simple instructions (training provided)
- Proactively check in with customers throughout their visit and offer assistance when needed
- Prepare and serve coffee,
beverages and bakery treats from our menu (training provided) We are also licenced so you will need to be over 18yrs and be able to complete your pro serve
- use clover payment system and handle cash payments
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and well stocked by wiping tables, washing dishes and painting supplies, replenishing supplies, and assisting with opening and closing duties
- assist with events and birthday parties for kids on weekends
- must be very organized and good with timing
- this is a position with lots of tasks throughout your shift so you need to be a good team player and eager to do what it takes to keep the studio running smooth and all customers attended to and happy
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 – 25.0 per week
