Compensation

$18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience and role scope (Part Time / Full Time).

Position Overview

Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring Retail Sales Associates to join our Vaughan and Ajax retail locations. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience while driving sales across sports cards, trading card games (TCGs), graded cards, and accessories.

Retail Sales Associates are the face of the Mintink brand. This position requires robust customer engagement, a sales-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience

· Engage customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate products

· Drive in-store sales through upselling, add-ons, and promotions

· Build and maintain positive customer relationships

· Educate customers on products, upcoming releases, and in-store events

Store Operations

· Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently

· Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store





· Assist with restocking, merchandising, and inventory support

Team & Brand Support

· Support teammates during busy retail periods and events

· Represent the Mintink brand and values at all times

Qualifications

· Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable working in a quick-paced retail environment

· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Work Structure

This role is available on a part time or full-time basis and is on-site at Mintink’s Vaughan or Ajax locations. Schedules will be based on store needs and employee availability.
