We move with intention - building bikes for riders who have fun, growing brands that elevate the ride and showing up for each other every step of the way. Whether behind the scenes or on the front lines, we move as one team.
OUR MISSION
Make Lives Better Through Cycling
Team First
We do the right thing, promoting curiosity and championing collective success. We never take the easy route, celebrating diverse ideas, looking-out for those around us, building trust in others, while fearlessly contributing to decisions through contructive co-working.
Embrace Progression
Working with confidence, we aren’t afraid to challenge the status-quo. From how we innovate to how we ride, our desire is the uncompromising commitment to our craft. Everything (and everyone) evolves, and so must we.
High Performance
Cultivating an atmosphere that empowers everyone to perform at their best. Performance is not just about attaining a goal, it’s our pursuit to redefine industry standards and the drive to stand-out from the crowd, challenging our teams to become a constant inspiration for all of our partners. We are the trail blazers of the cycling world.
Global Perks & Advantages
