Role Description This is a full time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Kitchener, ON.

The Full Stack

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, ensuring performant, secure, and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with product, design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.



The role involves participating in code reviews, writing clean and testable code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation.

The Full Stack

Engineer will also help optimize existing systems, support deployment processes, and adopt best practices in software engineering within an agile environment.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, server-side frameworks, and databases.
- Strong background in Software Development and Full-Stack Development, covering the full application lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of web standards, responsive design, version control (e.g., Git), and RESTful services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and work effectively in an on-site environment.
- Knowledge of AI integration, microservices, or blockchain technologies is a plus.
