Support includes Windows, MacOS, manufacturing and point‑of‑sale systems across corporate and retail environments.ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st level support via the Corporate and Retail Queue for Windows, MacOS, Manufacturing and Point of Sales Systems (phone, email, and in-person)Record, track and escalate incidents via ticketing systemOnboard, offboard and modify user accounts and accessConfigure and support workstations, tablets and cell‑phone devices, audio/visual conferencing technologies, printers, copiers, IP phones and peripheralsImage workstations, laptops, POS and other computing equipmentPerform security and operating system updates, software deployment and troubleshootingCoordinate with IT team on issues requiring escalation to IT Operations, Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity (WWAN, network availability)Document technical procedures for current technologies and update existing documentationQualificationsPost‑secondary education in Information Technology or equivalentMicrosoft A+, Network+,
