Territory Manager – Lower MainlandReports to Senior VP of Plumbing Sales.This position is responsible for helping us achieve our vision of being the preferred wholesaler in the Lower Mainland. You will be involved in all aspects of the business, including operations, warehousing, procurement, sales, human resources, marketing, finance, and strategic planning. We are looking for someone who can harness the power of our talented team and help them maximize their potential.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the existing team to develop a strategic plan for the territory and execute that planInspire, lead, develop, and manage a large teamOpen new locations in the territoryManage the operational processes in the regionDevelop and maintain regional relationships with key customers, industry groups, and supplier partnersEnsure we are exceeding our customers’ expectationsMeet financial targets for the territoryParticipate in corporate-level initiativesWork alongside the support teams at Head Office (HR, IT, AC, MK etc.)Actively promote & monitor protected work environments and practicesAbility to think strategically, turn the strategy into action,
