Reporting to theProduct Manager, you'll be translating product strategy into actionable work for engineering teams and also ensuring the delivery of high quality, incremental value through well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization.What You'll DoOwn backlog definition, grooming, and prioritizationTranslate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteriaWork daily with engineering teams in agile ceremoniesAlign sprint work with product vision and organizational prioritiesEnsure product increments meet quality and functionality expectationsWhat You Bring2-5 years as a Product Owner or similar rolePriorities a backlog of tickets in collaboration with Product Manager by considering roadmap priorities, stakeholder impact and squad capacitySupports release coordination by performing UAT to ensure acceptance criteria are met, and customer and stakeholder communication (change management, customer facing descriptions, release notes) are updated. Presents releases on monthly release reviewsWrites clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria in line with epic requirements. Ensure goals and priorities are clearly communicated to the squadA strong educational background in Computer Science or Business Administration is valued, but we also recognize that talent comes from many paths.
