Overview Join One of Calgary's Growing Exterior & Roofing ContractorsSuperior Roofing Ltd. is looking for an experienced Exterior Project Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee residential, multifamily, commercial, and restoration exterior projects throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking a hands-on leader who can manage projects, supervise crews, perform inspections, and complete light exterior service work when required.Responsibilities Manage exterior projects from start to completionCoordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveriesConduct pre-job site reviews and project planningPerform quality control inspections throughout constructionComplete deficiency reviews and project closeoutsPerform light exterior service and repair work as required, including siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, flashing, and minor roofing repairsTroubleshoot exterior building envelope issues and recommend solutionsCommunicate with homeowners, builders, restoration companies, and property managersTrack project progress, deficiencies, and completion schedulesComplete site reports, photos, and documentationEnsure compliance with safety requirements and company proceduresAssist with estimating, change orders,
