You’ll lead a dedicated team to ensure our operations are spotless, safe, and ready for a seamless transition to the morning shift.Plan and oversee all sanitation activities—from deep‑cleaning production equipment to ensuring the office areas are sparkling.Support and work alongside your Sanitation Leads and Associates. You’re there to coach, train, and celebrate their wins.Ensure we stay top‑tier with food safety standards (GMPs and SOPs)



and lead the charge on any corrective actions when needed.Manage labor and scheduling to hit our goals without burning out the team, keeping overtime in check and productivity high.Maintain a strong presence on the floor, stepping in to help with hands‑on tasks, resolve issues, or provide on‑the‑spot training.What We Are Looking ForAt least 3 years of experience leading teams across multiple shifts, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and ensuring sanitation standards (SOPs) are met every single night.At least 3 years coaching and developing direct reports—you take pride in supporting your team’s growth opportunities and managing performance with a positive approach.At least 2 years of experience working cross‑functionally with Production, Quality Assurance, and HR teams to keep operations running smoothly.What You Can ExpectAnnual salary of $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience.Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
