Specifically:35 hours per week; with the possibility ofworking up to 40 hours at peak times/month endReconcile accounts and schedulesAssist controller with preparing financial reports and schedulesSubmit government remittancesMaintain accurate records in accordance with statutory requirementsEnsure all payroll information and records are maintained; supports internaland external payroll auditsRecieve and process deal paperwork and verify compliancePost vehicle sales and purchasesSubmit daily deposits,



prepare cheques/EFTs for payoffs, referrals, refunds etcPost licensing transactions, scheudle cleaning at month end and reconcile MTO transcationsProcess floorplan paymentsAct as a back-up for payable postingAbout youIdeal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in accounting administration and processing, including:3+ years of proven accounting experiencepost-secondary education in accounting or financeproficiency working with ERP systems (ie.
