The Employer Solutions team supports the overall health and wellbeing of over 35 million lives worldwide, combining clinical expertise, global presence and mobile‑first technology.ResponsibilitiesAchieve identified revenue and growth targetsRespond to client inquiries & service requests pertaining to their programs and servicesExecute client contracts and programsGovern program execution, including reviewing internal reporting and identifying issuesIssue reports to clientsProvide client support, annual planning preparation and meetings where appropriateExecute manager and employee orientations, delivered telephonically or by webinar, and follow‑up on trauma, WPT initiatives etc.Act as a liaison with internal departments to resolve client issuesManage and coordinate Quality Assurance ReviewsFollow up on manager consultationsMaintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systemQualificationsUniversity degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience2‑5 years of experience in a sales/account management environmentPrior experience with HR, Wellness programs, and/or EAP considered an assetAbility to manage a book of business independentlyResponsive,
