They enjoy practicing full-scope optometry, are comfortable managing a wide variety of ocular conditions, and are eager to continue developing their clinical skills. An interest in specialty services such as dry eye management, myopia control, glaucoma, or advanced ocular disease is an asset, but curiosity and a willingness to learn are even more important.

Compensation & Contract: We recognize that every optometrist has different professional goals and priorities. Compensation structure, scheduling, and contract terms will be discussed collaboratively during the interview process to ensure the arrangement is a good fit for both the associate and the practice.

Pay: $200,000.00-$260,000.00 per year
