- Maintain hoist plants and ventilation systems efficiently
- Read and interpret specifications for repairs
- Propose and implement maintenance improvements
- Engage in preventive and corrective maintenance duties
- Support maintenance shutdowns throughout the mine Requirements:
- Certified Journeyperson-Millwright with Red Seal
- At least three years of mine hoist maintenance experience
- Valid G Driver's License required
- Knowledge of regulations pertaining to mine hoists
