- Operate company vehicles and specialized equipment, including stand-up grinders, self-leveling equipment, vacuums, burnishers, walk-behind scrubbers, and shot blasters
- Apply and install epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings
General Renovation Duties
- Epoxy Flooring
- Perform construction tasks including demolition
- Shelving and Slatwall
- Assist with a wide range of garage renovation services as part of our “one-stop shop” approach
- Complete additional duties as required
Additional Responsibilities
- Installation of slatwall systems, shelving, and cabinetry
- Drywall finishing and painting
Qualifications – What We’re Looking For
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and the ability to identify and address hazards
- Ability to read and interpret quotes, work orders, blueprints, and drawings
- Leadership skills with the ability to delegate, train, and guide team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
