Wild Rose is accepting applications for an innovative & experienced Retail professional who can help coach and mentor the East Side Gas Bar team!

What you'll do:

- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their department.
- Achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Recruit, train, develop, coach, and motivate the department team while fostering a positive work environment that enables the engagement of all team members in the pursuit of desired results.
- Ensures the efficient operation of the department to achieve all financial targets and deliver on budgeted KPl's.
- May plan, monitor, and manage internal projects from initiation to completion.
- Assist the Assistant Store Manager in communicating operational requirements, operational changes, and translate the vision into departmental initiatives.
- Promote and ensures adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
- Ensures all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to and ensure safety and regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Provide leadership to the department, including goal setting, scheduling and assigning work, performance management, training and development of team members.
- Applies operational knowledge in key performance areas to oversee the allocation of team assignments to achieve department objectives. Ensures prompt, productive, and friendly customer service is provided at all times.



Maintains high customer service levels to ensure customer satisfaction and identifies areas for improvement. Ensures all customer complaints, adjustments, and returns are handled in a quick and efficient manner. Take corrective action with team members if the established standards are not being met.

Who You are:

- 3+ years of relevant retail experience
- 3+ years of relevant customer service experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- A certificate or diploma in Business would be an asset Foodwise certification is required (can train internally if candidate does not already have)

This role will require the use of various computer programs, AI predictive software, phone applications, as well as manual heavy lifting of products (up to 50lbs) throughout the day.
