Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases at the cashier station
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process transactions including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and fuel area to ensure safety and appeal
- Provide product information and conduct product demos when needed to enhance customer engagement
- Handle cash handling duties responsibly, including balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Upsell convenience items, snacks, beverages, or car accessories to increase sales opportunities
- Address customer inquiries with clear communication, phone etiquette, and prompt service




- Support merchandising efforts by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are attractive and organized

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, product displays, and daily tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and basic technology sales is advantageous
