Responsibilities

- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of gas systems, HVAC units, boilers, and related mechanical equipment with precision and safety.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues using detailed schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes efficiently.
- Conduct plumbing repairs, welding tasks, and appliance repairs as needed to ensure system integrity.
- Read and interpret construction plans and schematics to accurately execute system setups or modifications.
- Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including inspections, repairs,



and system modifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations during all operations involving gas lines or mechanical systems.
- Assist in system upgrades or recent installations by applying your construction experience and mechanical expertise.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely.
- Proven experience in plumbing, welding, boiler maintenance, or HVAC systems.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and general maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with schematics reading for troubleshooting and installation purposes.
- Construction experience or background working on mechanical projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to safety and quality assurance.

Licence/Certification

- Gas License - G1 (required)
- 313A license (preferred)
