Harbour Hills Construction Management is a Hamilton-based construction management firm building residential and commercial projects across the Greater Hamilton Area. We're growing, and we're hiring a full-time Construction Labourer to start immediately.

If you know your way around a skid steer, work well alongside skilled trades, and take pride in a well-run site, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Operate and maintain heavy equipment (skid steers, excavators, loaders, and more)
- Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely
- Support skilled tradespeople on residential and commercial projects
- Prepare and clean worksites through every phase of construction
- Set up and remove signage, fencing, and cones to keep sites safe
- Identify and report unsafe conditions or equipment issues
- Follow site safety protocols and direction from the Site Superintendent

What you bring

- Experience operating heavy machinery (certifications or proof of competency preferred)




- Full G licence and reliable transportation
- Familiarity with power tools and general construction practices
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Your own standard hand tools
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Apprenticeship or trade specialization is an asset, but not required
