GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LABOURER

Rocke Developments is a growing Manitoba-based commercial real estate development and construction company specializing in industrial, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

We are looking for a General Construction Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in their work, works safely, and wants to develop their skills in commercial construction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

● Assist tradespeople, site supervisors, and project managers with day-to-day construction activities

● Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment

● Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites

● Assist with demolition, framing, concrete, drywall, insulation, finishing, and general construction tasks

● Operate basic hand and power tools

● Assist with site preparation, landscaping, and exterior work

● Perform general maintenance and repairs

● Help with tenant improvements and commercial build-outs

● Follow drawings, instructions, and safety procedures

● Complete daily tasks efficiently and to a high standard

● Take direction while also recognizing what needs to be done and taking initiative

● Previous construction experience is an asset, but attitude and work ethic are equally significant
