Duties
- Assist with site setup and cleanup to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Move and load materials, tools, and equipment as needed to support ongoing projects.
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools or materials promptly.
- Help with basic construction tasks under supervision, following safety guidelines at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including disposing of waste and debris properly.
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks consistently and safely throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills to understand instructions and work effectively with others.
- Solid work ethic with a focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed.
