Quest Hydraulics is looking for someone to help with general labourer duties in our shop.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning mechanical parts using aqueous solutions
- Removing paint and mud by soda blasting
- Painting assembled pumps
- Pallet preparation
- Disassembly of pumps and motors
- General cleaning and organizing of the shop
Physical Requirements:
- Walking and standing all day while working
- Being able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Steel Toe Shoes Required, all other PPE provided.
- Public Transportation at our location is extremely limited, own car/transportation is required.
Experience is not necessary but some skills that are nice to have:
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Experience using electric chain hoists
- Experience with lift trucks
- Knowledge of piston pumps or motors
Job Info:
- Full Time 40 hours/week Mon-Fri 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Opportunity for growth within the company.
- Pay starts at $20/hr but can be increased or negotiated quickly for reliable, mechanically competent employees.
Quest Hydraulics is a family owned business in Welland ON that has serviced customers for over 20 years all over North America.
