Responsibilities

- Assist with site cleanup, organizing materials, and preparing work areas for upcoming tasks
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others
- Operate basic machinery or equipment under supervision when required
- Help with demolition, painting, or landscaping tasks as needed to support project progress




- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and productivity

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures; willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
- Previous experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to get to the worksite on time
- Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as required by project schedules
