We are looking to add a General Labourer who embodies this spirit to our growing team.

Responsibilities of Position

- Accurately filling paint into different sized containers
- Measuring and weighing ingredients with precision
- Process batches as directed in process instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Participate in regular inventory counts
- Communicate with the Production Manager to identify concerns with production as they arise
- Identify discrepancies and bring them to the attention of QC
- Packing, Shipping and all associated paperwork
- Other duties as assigned

Qualification

- Ability to work in a physically demanding position
- Team player with excellent communication skills




- A great attention to detail
- Strong analytical and math skills required
- Quick Learner
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Very reliable
- Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset
- The ability to read, write and speak English

Desired Education

- High school diploma or higher

Desired Experience

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred – chemical manufacturing experience a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
