You'll manage around 8,500 surgical pathology cases annually, focusing on case sign-out and oversight of diagnostic processes. The ideal candidate will possess recent clinical pathology experience and demonstrate robust skills in both surgical pathology and laboratory diagnostics. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform surgical pathology and cytology case sign out
- Sign out clinical pathology cases including blood smears




- Oversee local laboratory operations and transfusion medicine
- Participate in daily quality assurance videoconferences
- Provide medical directorship for rural area labs if interested Requirements:
- Canadian Royal College certification or equivalent
