Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with teachers to support diverse student needs • Implement individualized strategies and assistive technology • Conduct therapeutic and physical exercises for students • Participate actively in yard duties when required • Maintain accurate behavior data and documentation

Requirements: • Diploma in Developmental Services Worker or similar • 1-2 years' experience with school-aged special needs children • Valid First Aid/CPR is preferred • Training in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention or similar • Experience in behavior management systems
