This role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee experience and day‑to‑day HR operations for our business. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders across the organization to support hiring initiatives, performance management processes, employee relations matters and HR programs that contribute to a positive employee experience.This is a hybrid position based at 255 Consumers Road, Suite 400, Toronto, ON M2J 1R4, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $57,000 per year, depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate full‑cycle recruitment activities, including posting positions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and preparing employment offersDevelop and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and external recruitment channelsFacilitate onboarding activities, including orientation, system setup, documentation, and Day 1 readinessSupport performance management processes, including tracking reviews, preparing documentation, and coordinating follow‑up activitiesAssist managers with coaching documentation, performance improvement plans, and employee development initiativesPrepare employment agreements, offer letters, employment verification letters,
