We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our highly collaborative and dynamic marketing team. The position can be located in our Vancouver or Calgary studio.Working closely with the Marketing Director, the marketing department, and the studio’s leadership team, your primary responsibilities will be toproduce compelling proposal submissionsand lead communication efforts in support of branding, business development, public relations, and client engagement goals.The successful candidate will have a minimum offour years of experiencein marketing in a professional services firm,preferably architecture. Our new teammate will be a positive, resourceful, and proactive individual who possesses strong graphic design, writing, interpersonal, and communications skills. They are highly creative, a strategic thinker, use storytelling to enhance marketing strategy, and are skilled at managing competing priorities.ResponsibilitiesWorking with the marketing and management teams to lead marketing’s contribution for:RFQ’s, RFEI’s, RFP’s, client interviews, and researchCreating and managingvarious marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, project sheets, resumes, and award submittalsSupporting media-related efforts: preparing media packages,developing and updating website content, and developing and distributing direct mail campaignsDevelopingsocial media strategy and postingsin support of studio promotional goalsQualificationsHave strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skillsBe highly organized and detail orientedBe a creative and strategic thinker with an ability to prioritize and problem solveWork collaboratively, independently, and under pressureHave a post-secondary education in marketing, communications, graphic design, journalism,
